Justin:
I like it! A lot! It hits the punchline so fast that you don't really see it coming, and that makes it twice as funny. Good opportunity for change of expression also. I say keep it.

I feel kinda weird about the 7th board though..i think it's something about the camera direction and size of the character compare to the one before and one after..

Don't worry, that's a scanner issue, they're all the same.

Hey justin, this is truly funny. Nice work putting his sillouette in the forgeound in the reveal board. I like it.

Justin - I think the gag works great!! I think a big shark should rise up and eat that dude's arm right when he's looking out there. Now stupid nitpicky things..... I think maybe when the lifesaver is thrown into the shot you'd want him to react there, and then cut to a closeup, not a medium shot. (sorry stupid nitpick) Also at the beginning you might want to compose the shot so the viking is at the crest of a hill, instead of sitting on the beach. (you probably aren't even thinking about composition at this point...... I am annoying...)

Thanks guys. Jen, tell me anything you want to tell me, no, I'm not really worried about comp right now, like I said there is that shot where I have to fix the screen direction, but cutting the to close up, that heps. Thanks again, I think I'm gonna try and get another of the gags up today. I don't know if it's working.
Thanks again everyone!

that's sweet justin! Can you... make the images smaller next time? It was hard to read. but overall, i got the gag clear. is that going to be in the film?

First of Ed, no...bigger is better.
Second, I have no Idea lissa, i'd like 2 mins but i'm thinking more like 3.
I'm tempted to try something else even simpler. this is the simplest gag in the film....another involves a coconut bra and crabs!!

awesome gag.. it reads really well
I think you can use the Viking theme a bit stronger tho.. in this gag him being a Viking doesn't add anything to the gag.. you could switch it to a business man stranded on a island and you wouldn't change the structure of it at all..
as Brad would say.. "use the whole buffalo"..
